1. All clients must be over the age of 18 years.

2. All clients must have proper State and/or County issued identification proving their age and residency.

3. All clients agree not to sell or attempt to sell any MEDICAL CANNABIS obtained from Northbay Wellness Group.

4. All clients agree to protect the privacy and confidentiality of themselves and all other clients and of the client/caregiver relationship. Therefore, all clients agree;

a. Not to bring any cell phones, cameras or recording devices of any kind onto the premises of Northbay Wellness Group.

b. Not to bring any person on to the premises of Northbay Wellness Group who is not a client of Northbay Wellness Group.

5. All clients agree not to consume any MEDICAL CANNABIS or cigarettes on the premises of Northbay Wellness Group.

6. All clients agree not to consume any MEDICAL CANNABIS while operating any automobile or heavy equipment.

7. All clients agree to keep their medicine safely locked away in their vehicle until they are home.

8. All clients agree that Northbay Wellness Group does limit the amount of MEDICAL CANNABIS it will provide its clients per day and per year and agree to those limitations.

9. All clients agree not to "loiter" while on the premises.

10. All clients agree that the staff of Northbay Wellness Group has the right to refuse to provide services to any person, (INCLUDING CLIENTS), at any time and agrees to this right of refusal as a condition of the client/caregiver relationship.
